Hi, I’m your neighbor, your community advocate, and the founder of Balanced AF LLC. Born and raised right here in Helena, Montana, I have spent more than 25 years serving our beautiful state as a government accountant. My career has always been about ensuring financial clarity and integrity, and now I bring that expertise directly to small businesses and local organizations.

My Financial Background

  • 25+ Years Experience: Dedicated government accountant for the State of Montana.

  • Academic Foundation: Earned my Associate degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2013.

  • Ongoing Growth: Currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at MSU Billings (Expected May 2028).

  • Tax & Bookkeeping Focus: Specialized knowledge to keep your finances organized, accurate, and completely stress-free.

A Heart for Nonprofits

While I love helping all small businesses thrive, my true passion lies within the nonprofit sector. I am actively involved in several Helena nonprofits and regularly participate in community-building activities. I understand the unique compliance, reporting, and budgeting challenges that public charities face. My goal is to handle your numbers so you can focus entirely on your mission.

Life Outside the Ledger

When I am not balancing books, my life is beautifully full. I am married to a retired Army Airborne Infantry veteran, and together we share the joy of spending time with our 7 children and spoiling our 5 grandchildren.

If the sun is out, you will likely find my husband and me riding our Harley Davidson Street Glide CVO through Montana's beautiful mountain passes. At home, I am a proud cat lover—with a very special soft spot for black cats.
